But but but but but...how can that be when the G4 carby took over in 1976 as well as the VC 125 being known as a model that only lasted in production for about a year -with two base castings 1973 -74?

The only explanation is the crankcases were replaced sometime in their lives.

I think the Waltons mower may be a little difficult finding a catcher for , a catcher from a 1969 Corvette or Cortina
should fit the Waltons mower.
That is plausable as well as the dating of the PP for 79.
I managed to get a catcher for that base for $10.00 with a tiny 1cm crack on the lower lip.


Ahh, if only victa had kept producing the thumblatch catcher series, they would be in better shape today!
