so 17 is the engine pulley, and it goes straight to #5 and then around #8 the tension idler pulley. it is spring loaded and on a linkage to the brake pedal.
You will need to take the smaller deck belt #24 off at the front to get the clutch belt on the top of the engine pulley
The whole process is easier if you remove the keepers #16 and #20
