Hi normk I was just wondering, I tried what you said. and I managed to get the engine started with starter fluid but then it died straight away. I have cleaned out the carby very thoroughly. I did find that one of the linkages on the throttle control wasn’t working properly and fixed that. However it still seems as though the engine is still starving for fuel when it fires. Do you have some idea as to what it might be? Any suggestions would be appreciated cheers mate
