G'day folks,
This is what was there yesterday; just a few phone camera pics. Oh, and there was a Robin engined 'concrete helicopter' there, as well!

Today's Morwell Tip Shop 'finds' phone camera pics, just FYI. Complete push mowers mostly go for $10 I believe. $20 tops, in any case.

Cox Stockman @$300; it would need a full blast and repaint of the bodywork [very rusty]; they said it runs but needs a new battery - rope starter clutch is cactus, so I couldn't confirm that it will turn over.

Engine ID plate on the Cox.

I wonder if the commercial grade B & S on the ride on is one of those Mitsubishi sourced four strokes mentioned on another thread?

Ahh, if only victa had kept producing the thumblatch catcher series, they would be in better shape today!

No, the current Japanese-made Briggs models [actually a Joint Venture with Daihatsu] are the Vanguard twin cylinder models; this one's US-made.
Wikipedia actually has an article with a good precis of the history of this setup and the Mitsubishi arrangement; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Briggs_%26_Stratton
