Was floating around on you tube last night checking out vids on weird crazy contraptions people have built and I though my turn.

So here is my idea :

Take two mowers join them together and have a twin deck push mower . I was thinking I would run one engine per cutting deck to keep drive set up fairly easy and would ideally need to find some chassis that would mate up with out too much extreme modification or build a deck from scratch .

No problems with the idea, depends on if you want it to be a showpiece or just a functioning mower. Bases need to be staggered so that you don't end up with a strip of uncut grass down the middle. A good pair of Powertorques would be the way to go and because the bases are steel you can easily weld and fabricate them together without too much trouble. 2 catchers full of grass would get a bit heavy to push around, but at least you would be getting about a 36 inch cut. Then you could get an ATV to pull it around, almost like a ride on mower

Definitely plan on being able to use them not really too worried how scary it looks power torques sound like a good starting point will hit google and see what else I can come up with. Maybe have one as self propelled might be one way to help with the weight issue
