Huh? given up on getting the crank machined? I'm not sure but that would be a big ask I think, an 8.5 with a 22mm shaft, I would be surprised if they made such an animal, could be wrong
There is an 8.5 fitted to the Yardbug and my Yardbug has a 5.5 with the @#$+� 22mm output shaft not stepped. Maybe overseas they ran the 25mm output shaft and thats the pulley i need.
If someone can tell me if the Rover colt 5 and 8 motors are physically the same size and if they are need the 8. Strip the crank out of the 8 and get the shaft machined down to 22mm and my problem is solved.
I was thinking the same thing Norm. Can't see why a machine shop worth its salt couldn't clamp the pulley to the bed of their mill and plunge a 25mm face cutter through it to open it up and then deepen the keyway the extra 1.5mm
