I found an old motor and rusted base, with carby and fuel tank ripped off....
I originally just wanted the flywheel for a repair, but checked compression and spark, good, so I put a rescued carby and fueltank on and on a spare base I was hiding from the misses..........
It has a Rover baseplate with 4 blades.
The air filter bolt stripped the carby part so that why I had to wire it up.....
And the cutoff didn't work so I made an old fashioned spark plug short spring.
But I always find it hard putting my finger on a spark plug!!!!!!!!!!

Anyway I mowed a few lawns with it and my mate has done his as well. But I haven't got room in my little shed for a 3rd mower, so I am going to sell it to a friend for $45.....
When summer comes to Bundy, you need a mower or get a mowerman to mow your lawn for $50 +
I love doing mower rescues.....

I put a couple of tablespoons of Morey's Heavy Duty Oil Stabilizer in with new oil....
Did two lawns today with it, it runs at one speed, about three quarters full, maybe a bit more but it does the job.....

also did the falcon with Morey's engine autogearbox and diff .......

those air filter screws go into the tank through the carb base . might be just full of crud down in there , give it a spray of carb cleaner and blow it out , see how ya go then then ........ then

Yes I have air, I'll try that, thanks.
I put it on gumtree for $50 and some guy offered $20 so I changed it to $60.
I might change it to $80 as it a mighty machine....... go Victa, B&S and Morey"s

they sell mowers at the dump up here for $20 as long as they have wheels..........
it will be good.
