well i did originally buy that mower as a parts mower for my 320.
but you know me , as soon as i saw it i fell in love with its styling and as the wheels were not the same ive decided thats its a great addition to my already cool pope collection. its makes the collection complete so to speak.
as far as i can tell the carbie looks the same as the 320s so know i know what to look out for . it may be jetted differently but thats only a very minor issue.

Has any progress been made on the old girl since the last time I saw her?
not a thing has been done to it has i had to decide what its real purpose was going to be?
not to mention that it was also the time i started to concrete under the house (still going with that).
what i really want to do is to find all the parts to all my mowers and have them complete before i do anything to them. that way its a start and finish project with no interruptions for me to lose interest and start another project.
ive done a small amount of restoration work to some of them but thats all packed away for a later date.
really this is my retirement plan.

If my collection is complete ( then how come i keep buying stuff ? ) 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

If someone didn't bolt those metal strips onto the front it would have been a good original condition mower!
Hopefully you can do great things to it.

Gizmo it must be almost time for me to visit you again. It appears your collection has somewhat grown.
Paul I do believe that I should visit you as well.
All in all I do love both your Popes.I never knew that Pope actually make such an awesome looking mower.
Well done guys.

Gizmo searching through some old photos I had i found your mower before you got it.I can tell due to the flat tyres. i also know why it's not complete.
Here I thought you might like to see the photos.
