I have a Husqvarna YTH 170 Rideon mower. Gearbox gave in at 325 hrs and was reconditioned. Now done 315 hrs more and the gearbox has gone again. No drive when hot. Fan working. Leave 30 mins and it goes again for a while. What is the problem internally? Can I repair it by replacing seals or is it more than that. I sure don't want to fork out $660+ every 300 hrs! I am mowing approx 4 acres and some of it is a little hilly.Thanks Ron

I would not spend any more money on it (you would have a lot of worn parts) and what I would do is go buy a peerless transmission. The cost is around $1399.00 but well worth the money.
