Hi all new to the forums and have recently acquired a Rover Rancher 28166/180
Serial #0374821 13hp B&S Model 28M707 Type 0129-01 Code 961112ZA
It has been sitting in a shed for the past 2 years not running and thought me and the young fella would strip it down and rebuild it as a project.
Just wondering if any workshop manuals, exploded diagrams and parts lists are available for purchase or download.

I had a look in there cyberjack but cant see the correct model numbers on any of those threads.

I will get the 28166/180 spare parts manual and Owners Manual uploaded to the lawnmower spare parts manuals within the next couple of hours.

I have the 17HP version, the 28151, which is covered in the same manual. At the very least I think you will need to pull down and clean the carby, probably the rest of the fuel system as well, it is probably full of gum by now if it had fuel in it when it was parked two years ago. I have just replaced the front bushes in the deck slides on mine and turned the rear ones upside down to the unworn face. Just needing a new battery for it now to get back to some serious mowing.
