Thanks Bruce, I got it started today but found out the hard way always check your purchase properly before you buy and especially after the purchase afterglow burns bright! no brakes or clutch ![bigshock bigshock](/forum/images/graemlins/default/bigshock.gif) thank god for retaining walls ![yay yay](/forum/images/graemlins/default/yay.gif) The brake assembly is missing, the disk is still there and the clutch does not work,

gurstar, On the gearbox you should find an ID plate. If you supply the information on the plate I will be able to upload a parts list along with the operators manual. I have done some work on this type of gearbox before and some of the parts are hard to get as victa does not supply them any more. ![cheers2 cheers2](/forum/images/graemlins/default/cheers2.gif)

thanks there bruce .that manual will be of assistance. im changing all the belts at the moment they seem to be worn .the gears i mean are on the front and it has five different speeds but i can only seem to get it into one gear and drives really slow the old belt are really worn and i think this might be one reason the mower moves to slow cheers gurstar

gurstar, If you can get the information off the gearbox I can upload a parts list so that you can see what is required. I also sure that I have a workshop manual that I could upload for the gearbox. ![cheers2 cheers2](/forum/images/graemlins/default/cheers2.gif)
