Adam,

Did you check the top seal?

It is easy to do just take off the flywheel and put some fuel between the crankshaft and the allow housing. If the fuel leaks out you will have to pull the motor a part again.

I would be checking that first. cheers2

ADAM,

Ok it is a carby issue.

1. Did you replace the 'O'ring on the brass jet and clean it?

2. Did you clean out the two holes in the alloy casing?

3. Did you check the float level?

4. Did you check the bottom seal?

This is all you need to do to fix your problem. cheers2

ADAM,

That is the easy way out to just change the carby. mad

Did you clean out the two holes in the body of the carby where the main jet seats into and replace the 'O'ring. Also you need to check the gov gears and reset the vane.

Let me know what you find out. cheers2
