Hello Peettee and ODK members and guests.

I think I better go lie down - maybe have a Bex and a cup of tea.

The genre of Lawnmower Art is relatively new and we're lucky
to have examples of it on these forums.

This is just mind-blowing in its inception and brilliant in its execution!
Peettee, a most inspirational piece!

Do you have a name for it? It must have a name!

Hi Peetee,

I've seen your latest topic "SB45 Pimped" HERE.
Okay, so "Pimped on 45" it is then!

Personally, I think this is Art Gallery material.
If I was wealthy, I would certainly create: MOWMA (Mower Museum of Art).

I hope the new tenant will appreciate your work (as many here have).
I hope your next project will be lawnmowerish.

I just wish we lived in a world were more could appreciate what amounts to
a dedication to an iconic SB model as interpreted through industrial art.

All very artistic.

Hello Peetee, Members & Guests

That is incredible! - but totally deserved. You have created ... BONART
A credit to your vision and your daring to do something - different.

The next photo shoot - I imagine - will be as competitor in the
lawnmower roller burnouts section at Summernats...?

p.s. I'm not sure on the uploading of your video.
But if you have posted it to YouTube, Google, etc. it is easy.

All very commendable.

p.s. This will be the only copy of ASC I expect I will purchase...

Is that a stainless thrust washer for the main (engine shaft) clutch fork? I suspect the original plastic one would work better, since it is pretty much unlubricated (I don't see the little oil hole doing much for oiling the thrust surface).

Hello Peetee

That's the earlier brass thrust pad.
Note that it requires a fibrous washer as well.
[The plastic replacement did not require the fibrous washer.]

Hope this helps.
