Hi This may be a really dumb question, but how do I remove the height adjuster of the front roller.
I have tried to unwind all the way, hoping the top adjustment handle is freed from the long bottom piece without any luck.
This is from my Scott Bonnar 45 I'm rebuilding

Hi Barry Jnr There is a little Horse Shoe shaped Cir clip just below the spring It holds the spring and washer in place. If you use a srew driver you should be able to pop this off. The spring and washer will then become loose. Then you can just wind the height adjustment handle all the way off.
Hope this helps.

Thanks Jason . I had the clip out, but just didn't want to budge. Brute force got it out...
