Hi Dave, the colours for the SB 320 Demon, B&S 3.5HP and is model number 320039, is the same colour for all the 1978 model line-up which is the same hammertone olive green colour that, unfortunately, the formula no longer exists. cry

However, quite a few members have been using White Knight "Alpine Green" hammertone finish which is lighter in colour, but is available from Bunnings etc. in a spray can and apparently works well....(see some of the latest SB45 restorations.) Here is the 320, top right in the drawing.

thanks deejay

Hey Dave your right, my mistake, yours is in the middle, with no snorkel...and small wheels, different hubcaps.
Need to get mt eyes checked! lol
For decals, send willingworker a PM, and he may be able to help you....Click HERE

As I have never actually seen one, I can't comment on the washer/spacer etc.....Can you see it in the pic?

Looking good Dave, congrats thus far.... I can't help with advice on the handle...you may care to speak to someone at an electroplaters...there may be a repair schedule that you could use before they re-chrome... there may be a way they can fix it for you....other than fabricating a new one...I can't see any other options. cry
