To estimate its manufacture date we need the long set of numbers stamped on the cooling air cowl that wraps around the cylinder head and flywheel of the engine. This includes three blocks of numbers, laid out in a single line. Some pictures, plus the model and serial number information on the mower itself, will also help with some other details about it.
