Hello SB
This one will take some time.

The engine is cowled and presents as a Midget MK3.
Dating: late 1950s to early 1960s.

I can't quite make out what is cast into the rear wheels.
Please advise.

'Shearmaster' was a well-know brand name for wool shears
in NZ and AUS. I do feel that is a clue, given Coopers'
association with lawn mowers.

Cheers

Hello CyberJack, Thankyou for your response. Apologies for the very late reply, I don’t get on here too often. The wheels have the name “P Rodger Auckland” written on them. I no longer have this machine now, I have passed it on to a serious local mower collector who plans to open a museum close by here in Lemington Cambridge. I tried to donate it but he Insisted I take some dollars. Nice to see it go to someone that will further research and appreciate its history. Hopefully we may see more pics once he gets his museum established. Cheers. Gary.
