Attached are pictures of a friends ride on,
It is powered by a Honda 13HP engine.
It was claimed to be a Rover, but has some similarities to a Cox.
I will greatly appreciate your assistance to identify it, Thank you all.

I would say it is a Cox 11HP 1986 to 1990 model ride on mower ,it's just that this mower above has had a few modifications.

Yep, Cox compact tractor, Painted red with a Greenfield Dozer blade attached to the front

I like mine better .....
...... but I have occasional problems with the exhaust.
