Up there with the best mowers ever made but apart from the muffler why is it missing the noise? The plastic bit is in the mail but I think you are wasting your time fitting it, the one I sent you I pulled off a mower exactly the same as yours. If you can't get it started I would suggest you read up on the mods I listed up under LM/G4 carby modifications, this means the carby is guaranteed to work every time giving you full throttle control and you can adjust the idle speed to what you want
