NormK, that is pleasing to hear that I inadvertantly chose a good model to work on! I don�t do that too often, apart from my tractors! The muffler is fine, it�s off getting cleaned up for a coat of heat resisant paint! I know it won�t last long, but is essential for the photo shoots! In fact, I didn�t even notice it missing! I am thinking positively that it will start - no reason for it not too. I will read up on your mods - they sound good! Have you had any experience with Cummins engines? LOL!!!
