G'day emmo1980,

Thanks for your reply, you cleared up everything for me.

The only thing that midly concerned me was the fit of the Jet Screw in the White Cap, the Threaded section is a neat fit through the White Cap, but the undercut for the Fuel makes it a loose fit when fully inserted.

However, I can see that once you align it within the guides and fully assemble the unit the slop is irrelevant. I just thought I might of lost a Jet Screw seal or something.

Below are 3 pictures of the Carby (just to make sure I have it all right) maybe it will help someone else that just wants to see what the parts look like and how they go together.

If the Admins want to remove my Pictures or Snag them, that's fine with me, just trying to be helpful to others is all.

One last question: Is it recommended that I also purchase a New White Cap in case it is deformed in some way??? The Seal is obviously perished but the White Cap looks fine. Just wondering what people's experience has taught them.

Thanks again emmo1980 and Thanks to OutdoorKing for providing a venue to ask questions.

Regards
John
