G'day All,

Victa Commando 2 Stroke, Model:CMS201D Serial No:1044-397

Today I finally decided that trying to race around the Back and Front yard before all the fuel ran out through the Carby wasn't worth the Chest Pains and Stroke I almost had.

After reading the Forums, I see that I did the Classic "remove the White Cap and lose all the parts" procedure to a T (insert slap my forehead emoticon here).

Before anyone points me at the Documents you have here, I don't have Paypal, so I'm hoping someone can answer a few questions for me...Please!!! (my best begging look).

Question 1: Is the Brass Screw (I assume you guys call it a Jet) suppose to be very loose in the White Cover??? I expected it to be a fairly neat fit.

Question 2: What the heck is the Needle made of and look like??? I found a greyish plastic pin on the floor, about 10mm long, domed at one end, pointed at the other and with 3 fins running along it.

Question 3: If what I found is the Needle, where does it go??? I tried putting it in the hole where the Brass Screw goes, but it doesn't go deep enough for the Brass Screw to screw in behind it. I can see a white hollow piece of plastic beyond/inside the threaded hole which does not appear to push in or come out.

Question 4: I assume the Float just hooks onto the Spigot moulded on the White Cover??? Although at this point I don't see how it actually does anything useful, but that's probably because I'm looking at a incomplete assembly and with my luck trying to put it together backwards.

Question 5: Am I missing any other parts???

The Seal is shot, so I know I need a new one of those, just wondering what else I might be missing (I noticed some posts mentioned a piece of wire) and if I have the actual Needle.

Man, a picture of the parts and assembly would make me a happy man I can tell you.

Thanks for any help or advice you can give.

Regards
John

P.S.
I forgot to ask, the Top Red plastic cover has a crack in it (my own fault ages ago), I was just going to use Araldite to repair it, unless someone has a better suggestion.
