Drive pulley bearing thing is a pest. Almost certainly the pulley will be worn beyond redemption where the bearing sits. I have 'saved' a couple in he past that were only slightly worn with good ol' loctite as I didn't have any spares at the time.
The useful box here has a few in it. I'll have a dig around tomorrow.
