Yes, it's ridiculous now. The cat has been let out of the bag.

It was the intention of the courts to 'contain' the beast.
Today,the courts have failed us - and manufacturers have
followed suit with labels that wouldn't pass the Pub Test*

I will make a sensible point here. It is no wonder folks don't
'read the manual' these days. Companies have a workaround - the
'Quick Start Guide'. Hilarious!
