My
1972 Green Book covers the general use of the design.
The earliest reference is to the
Model 4, that replaced the
Model 2.
A close reading of the parts list suggests that the Model 2 [and Model 1?] had a
support rod (item 15) to the handle, because of the weight of the catcher and
contents. The Model 4 removed this. Perhaps it was deemed unnecessary.
The revisions of the catcher appear to be the
Model 10 and
Model 12. These would
have fitted later models � the
Consul,
Pace Special and
Special 4, the
Pace
Utility and
Victa Special.
