The G30/G40 thing has had me wondering. The obituary article says they ran a '4.5hp G30'.
This is a bit of a mystery. The G40 is 4.5hp. I'd been happy to put it down to a typo in the article. That was before this latest bit of news
I've been trawling the interweb for information on the G30 and G40 and have drawn a complete blank. Mainly trying to find HP ratings and physical dimensions
So why havnt I spoken to Greenfield given that I've thought so long and hard about this one? That's a good question - a really good question! I've got no real answer and to be honest I'm feeling like a bit of a dill at the moment! History research 101 - go to the source!
