Is that the old or new diaphragm? as the parts circled in red are mangled and will cause the primer not to pull fuel.
Hey MrMckay, that's the new one .. unless I've somehow installed it wrong.. ill have another look & take another pic. I've just layed it ontop of the fuel tank then the gasket ontop of that. The shape of the diaphragm+gasket only allowed it to line up one way.
