Oh the big one? just realised it was removable heh. Took it off, cleaned it out. The tube I can see clearly through when holding up to the light, can't make out any blockages. Also sprayed some cleaner through the hole it links with until it squirted through.

I might re-assemble and see how that goes. Is there anything else that might cause the primer bulb to just suck air and not fuel?
