That is a very old final drive unit - I don't think you'll just walk into a repair shop and ask for parts for it. You might try contacting Bruce, the Outdoorking site owner, or the Outdoorking on-line store, and see if they can source something. I've had a quick look around and found very little in the way of Peerless parts, and not even a mention of the 1327, except among enthusiasts/hobbyists.
Most likely you'll be able to replace parts like axle oil seals easily by measuring the inside and outside diameters and the width, then just search for that seal. The same applies to parts like ballraces. If you need shafts or gears though, I think the only possibility may be a wrecked 1327.
