A final fill and its ready for paint...BUT Which Engine? Polished or Original?

Help me decide...

Im currently doing two,the second one I was going to do a Radical custom...Do I hear Gasps*? But But....The Mower gods spoke to me last night in a dream and assured me it was not blasphemy!....But only this once

So I was thinking Full polish for the Custom and Untouched patina for the Original ..What are your thoughts?.
