Ty, I just got my outboard and it has this carby, or at least has the needle set up and has the same choke/air cleaner.

it has ESS on the body behind the tickler and has 5 under the Victa next to where the spring clip over the top clips into the body it is on the mount side of the clip. dont know if this helps with anything, havent pulled it right down yet as I just wanted to get it fired up.
