Thanks Daryl I have had a look at the magneto there is only a manufactures name on it no number to match it with any model.Tried do download those manuals all to no avail.
HI Joe there was a posting from willingworker on the 17/1/12 and he had put up pictures from a spin cut that he had borrowed from someone.The whole mower was a orange colour basically the same colour as the engine is.That so far is the only reference to the right colour I have seen so far.It also had the spin cut decal on it,which is what he was trying to copy.The only thing with that one was it had a slightly different base to my one.No I haven't found a cutting disc which I think is going to be very difficult it has 3 blades and won't be easy to find.

You can see here that the grass chute is bolted one where as on mine it is cast into the base.Also I would think that these are more likely to be the original wheels.Unlike mine which has turner wheels.

As you can see here how the cutting disc looks.Nothing that I have seen before.Different from the other Scottys I have.Don't know how hard that will be to find,but lets start the search.Once I have worked out everything I need I will put it in the wanted section.Also that must be a different base as the chute isn't bolted on,it looks more like my base.
