Never gave me a worthwile anwer, but I guess that is to be expected.
I was talking with Joe Brown about the disk, but we couldnt narrow it down, that picture you have added might just help, so I'd suggest sending it to him.
Pop up a fresh post in the wanted, and I will get onto a few contacts in VIC & SA, see if anything new has come up.
It's quite an interesting looking blade disk, again with that old scotty 3 blade set up.
Which remids me, I still have a number of NOS Scotty blades here for you too.
