Hey deejay thanks for your post fuel flow is good the jet and primer assembly was replaced by the owner. i also had it apart as the diaphram was pinched causing it to over rev, apart from that its doing its thing and very clean. bottom seal on a power torque is just a sealed bearing no leakage signs may just replace it wile ive got it apart
