hey . i replaced the coil as the ignition lead was stuffed , yep original boot and screw, fuel issue sounds more like it considering choking helps although it idols and doesnt have that lean smell to it nor does the bore indicate being lean ? would have thought that if it was lean it would constantly rev out before stopping
