The Corvette is a 1967-1968 “V40” 160cc Corvette 2 (yours is 1967), what’s really interesting about the one you have is the carby (They used a few on that model, it was an experimental time) what you have there is the Victa 3Q carby, which is quite a unique, and hard to find carby.
It’s non-governed like the early 3F/3L/3S carbies, however it uses a plastic cap and slide, a revised venturi and jet set up, and a new float system (with top screw bowl)
It was only used sporadically from 1977 to 1979 and due to this it is quite a tricky carby to track down.
I’ll get some pictures together of the catcher and wheels for this mower, and see if I have any here, is there anything else missing?
As for the mustang, it’s indeed a relative of your “Mustang S” the green one with the full dress cowl is the standard style of Mustang, used on all mustangs (except the s) from 1973 to 1980.
The one you have there is second generation (“V206”, 1974-1978) and yes many of these did not have a primer, others had a remote primer, and later, on the third series (“WA 174 A8” 1978-1980) a slot was made in the far side of the dress cowl, to accommodate the air hose, and the carby was turned around and given a normal primer face (White)
Yours would likely have a grey “no prime” face, which has a small, angled vent instead, although it could have a remote primer face (also grey) which would indicate it may have once had the remote primer.
However, there is no sign of the mount for a remote primer in your pic’s, so I would guess it did not have a primer at all, which to me suggests it’s a little earlier in the run, say 74-76.
As for the purple VC-Sports, I was indeed looking for one some time ago, however I now have one. Though if the blue dress cowl on the one in question is in exceptionally good condition, I would be interested in arranging something.
As for the low arch one, I’m not sure where that comes in, I’ve never seen a low arch VC, let alone a Purple one!
