Well Grumpy that kinda settles it because the tickle i got from pulling the rope was pitiful, I tried the 0.060 gap on an old plug nothing so i closed the gap to about .50 still nothing.
I think I will have to try and find a coil somewhere, that may have been the problem all along. a dying coil.
I will let you know if i find one.
