Hi portabletelly,

Have attached a Operators manual which includes the parts list.

It appears that the belt is riding on the inside of the pulley and that will cause you issues.

Note that the belt should contact on the sides of the belt not the inside of the belt when on the pulley.
Also not that you should be using a Kevlar type belt because the idler pulleys ride on the back of the belt.
