Also to boeing, can you please copy and paste all of the [img] string to your post so we can view the image, thanks mate.
My Model 45 is model number 450520 and the original B&S was not dated by me before scrapping, as at that time I didn't know how to date from the engine serial No. The machine was purchased in 1986.It has the Scotty 'diamond' logos.
The original engine had only 2 problems, one was called Briggs and the other called.........
Viva La Honda!! Lol!! laugh
As regards to SB engines, Some were fitted with Kirby-Lawson, I have not seen one with Tecumseh; but definately could have been used before Briggs took over.
