Why not buy the cheapest 16" mower and run it until it drops, then rinse and repeat? I recently got a YardKing going that I found and it was a good mower to use, light and nimble. I think the Fisher Price level wheels would be first to go in a commercial mowing setting.
Here's a guy who using a $178 16" mower to do an abandoned yard and it went through it like a champ.
Ahh, if only victa had kept producing the thumblatch catcher series, they would be in better shape today!
