Not sure what it is, looks a bit early Deutscherish but it all depends on how much effort you are prepared to put into it. As you know most of this stuff has worked hard but this one doesn't appear to have lots of bits hanging, broken on it so it might be ok. Then if you got it cheap you can spend a bit of money getting it sorted. It is always a stab in the dark but as long as you don't pay a lot for it you can't loose much.
