Needs new blade (presumably hit something) + oily residue under carby = cactus engine on these mongrels.
Blow oil out the breather into the air filter, soak/mist it and then chokes it like Norm found previously.
You wont believe me, but I have seen 2x lawn contractors with them in their trailer next to toro timemasters or recyclers. They must use them as disposables.
