I figure the main complaints with pressure washers are the engines not running after storage (chonda so no wonder) or the pump goes out (left with water in). 5 days and nothing - sent a message stating I want a damn washer not a refund - put me on backorder if you have to. Wouldn't even do that. Refund took 5 days, came yesterday

Their rating has gone from 97ish to 93.9 in a couple of weeks - needless to say they have annoyed many people
