I put some fresh parts in the carby and for some reason it revs up at low if I push the throttle half walf it goes low....
Yep, that will do it TJ - I have seen absolutely neglected lm's, covered in muck externally (and inside) yet go perfectly. As soon as I clean it, it plays up
Have to suggest Norm's carby mod - ideally I prefer leaving things as factory - but in this case, the factory was asking for trouble
