I have not reported the seller just showing how, click on link then first page scroll down then click on Report a Seller then log in, after logging in the next page pops up click on the circle next to, The seller has violated one of eBay's policies then click continue ,the next page will open then fill in details then click on submit.

If eBay gets a complaint the ad will be taken down ,I do recall when someone complained about a Whirlwind seller saying Whirlwind was better that Victa , of course the Victa guys complained and the offending ad was removed.
I have heard the HD connection story from someone who contacted the seller,the story was the mower has HD parts.
