Hi Jeff,
I only use the first notch I found that once you fit the 3 washers under the cam and then try and fit the cable into the second notch you have to bend the cable and this them causes another resistance in the cable and it won'work smoothly. This is all caused by Victa putting a lump on the cam that was totally useless and problematic
