No it’s not Lincoln, it’s a gent doing it privately as a bit of a side project. I believe he is a fitter and turner by trade, possibly also a welder. I am strongly considering a Kawasaki FJ100 as I would rather mount this on a ~6mm plate (to bring the pro up to the original height) than have a new Briggs motor that hangs over the edge of the side plate by 30mm or so.
