I am seeking a couple of these H. G. Palmer wheel caps for the small 6" inch wheels. I get the feeling these "flat style" caps were not exclusive to H. G. Palmer, but probably appeared on some Victa mowers and possibly other brands using Walter Barr wheels.

I have a larger pair of these flat caps to fit the 7" wheels in reasonable condition and am willing to trade these for a pair of the smaller 6" caps.

Hi all, just thought I would add a few pics for reference because I have not seen a
lot of original branded ones.

I guess original caps with the manufacturers name on them are difficult to find these days, the
following images show what they were like when new with the name not completely gone .

Thank you for the additional clear pics. These are greatly appreciated.

P.S. Looks like Villager used the same caps.

Hello Max and vint-mow
Many thanks to Max for the images.
This has added new information to the record.

I wish we could identify the wheel supplier.
Maybe it was Walter Barr ...

Hello ,Jack and vint-mow,
The Wheels are Walter Barr.

The Villager caps are the same,I'm not a 100 percent sure what model Villager
it's off because I removed the cap from a HG Palmer mower.

I think the Villager cap is off the front wheel of a Villager Pinnock.

The Pinnock image does not appear in the ads I have seen.

Thanks for this info. https://www.outdoorking-forum.com.au/forum/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=70723

Cheers Max.

I have successfully obtained a pair of these caps. But it seems rather pointless in a way, because I still can't get the mower to go. frown

G'day vint_mow and Max

I think the evidence points to Walter Barr making the wheel assemply -
including the wheel caps.

I have started a Company record here: -
