Hi,
I have a homelite e195 model ut15050a and I would like to buy a Chinese knockoff carb kit for it but need to identify the carb on it. It is a walbro 455 I think.
Can anyone shed any light on this. The serial on it is hl2086402.

Thanks j

That would be our ST-485. A very good brushcutter, just nearly impossible to get parts for since Homelite has changed hands several times.

That particular carburetor has been discontinue for a number years but here they are suggesting using Walbro WT-458-1 to replace the Homelite PNs A03002 and A03003

As which Walbro you avtually in front of you the carburetor will be marked; hopeful engraved and not laser etched.

The carburetor OEM kits are as long you know what you are doing when cleaning the carburetor and installing the kits. I have tried any of the China aftermarket kits as I have access the OEM kits from my distributors.

I would some of the locals may have tried the AM kits.
