Oh, that's pretty easy.

I was thinking it would involve making throttle bodies, etc.

I don't think I will be doing it though - with my luck, something would go bang within 10 seconds of starting it. smile

Tyler

Yes you can buy LPG carburetors or make one.

LPG mowers are safer than petrol mowers ,they have no fuel tank evaporation and no fuel spills.

When I finished this mower I looked online at the LPG powered Line Trimmers from America the brand name was LEHR,they had LPG
mowers, outboards, blower vacs and I saw a Video on the operation of the LEHR gas carby, you can buy the LEHR gas carby from spare parts
in America.

I'm thinking maybe for a next LPG project a Victa two stoke running LPG with oil injection and a 4 stroke Line Trimmer with LPG.

Regards
Max.

You would need to find a way to atomise the two stroke oil evenly in fine amounts into the gas air mixture. That will be very hard compared to dissolving it into petrol.
I think lpg is strictly a four stroke caper.

Ahh, if only victa had kept producing the thumblatch catcher series, they would be in better shape today!

I have seen it done before but how successful it is I don't know,I guess you would try it and see how long it lasts.
